How to Personalize a Product

For personalized items, you’ll be able to include your personalization directly on the product page. This means that once you go through the checkout, you will have already included your personalization request for the item. 

PLEASE BE AWARE: We offer many personalized and non-personalized products. If you wish to purchase a personalized product, you must double-check that the product you’re purchasing is indeed a personalized. You can see this by checking that there’s a personalization box on the product asking for personalization details (name, age, phrase, etc).

INCORRECT PERSONALIZATION – 

If you accidentally provided the incorrect personalization, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it. If you failed to correct the personalization request before your order was processed, your order will not qualify for a refund.

If you wish to request a product that is not currently in our catalog, please contact us so we can chat about your request! 

Some personalized and custom items must be approved by you before production. If you ordered a personalized or custom item, please make sure to check your email often.
