Returns, Refunds and CancellationsPolicy
Please read the following policies carefully.
refunds on non-personalized ProductS:
Non-personalized products are acceptable for refund as long as the following requisites are met:
- The product is be returned to us in a secure packaging, protecting all of its components.
- The product is not used or damaged by the customer. If the product arrives to us visibly scratched, damaged or with visible signs of use, the product is automatically deemed non-refundable.
- The product was damaged during return shipping due to the customer’s packing method.
- The refund request was initiated within 14 days upon receipt of the item.
- If the product came with free parts or accessories, all parts and accessories must be returned along with the product in order to receive a full refund.
If you wish to request a cancellation of a non-personalized item, the cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of the order, and the cancellation will be granted if and only if the product has not been produced yet, even if it’s a non-personalized item.
refunds on personalized & CuSTOM products:
Due to the nature of personalized products, all personalized or custom products are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless:
- The customer provided the correct personalization and we delivered the wrong personalization.
- The personalized item arrived damaged to the customer and replacement of the product is not an option.
PLEASE NOTE: If you provided the wrong personalization, and did not contact us to correct the personalization prior to the processing of your order, your item will be non-refundable.
if you received the wrong personalization after providing the correct information, please contact us and we’ll provide a replacement or a full item refund.
If you wish to request a cancellation of a personalized item, the cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of the order, and the cancellation will be granted if and only if the product has not been produced in any shape or form. This means that even if the item has not yet been produced physically, but the design has already been made, a cancellation and/or refund will not be granted.
